Terms and Conditions of Purchase

No registration is needed to browsing the webshop, viewing texts or products or placing items in the Cart.

 

Prices

The prices indicated on the site are net prices, therefore they do not include the 27% VAT. Indicated prices do not qualify as a direct offer. Indicated prices do not include the cost of delivery, but they include the cost of packaging. 

If the wrong price is indicated on the product page - especially in the case if the price is obviously incorrect and greatly differs from the well-known, generally accepted of estimated price of the product - the Company is not obligated to sell the product for the wrong price. In this case the Company immediately notifies the Customer of the mistake and the correct price of the product. When informed about the mistake and the correct price the Customer may back down from their intention to purchase.

 

Checkout

The Customer can order a product in the Webshop by placing it in the virtual shopping cart and clicking on the button with the text "Checkout" on it. On the Cart page the customer can check the list of items and select if they want to receive the product by delivery or they want to collect it in person. The Customer than can place their order by clicking on the Checkout button. 

Placing the products intended to be purchased in the cart does not qualify as a contractual offer, solicitation or order. 

 

Before checking out the detailed content of the cart and the value of the times in it can be checked. Every product placed in the cart will remain in the cart until removed or ordered. Contents of the cart can be checked, modified or ordered at any time.

After checking the contents of the cart, click on the Checkout button for placing the order. Additional data required for the order:

·         Billing name

·         Billing address

·         Email address

·         Phone number

·         Delivery address, if different from the billing address

If you have already purchased an item at the www.frameshop.hu webshop before, your personal data will automatically appear on the shipping form.

The system will automatically add the shipping price to the total price of the order. You can check the price in the Summary. To continue you have to click on the Checkout button.

An email with the confirmation of the order will always be sent to the Customer.

The date of ordering the product is the time when the Customer sends their order to the Company via the Webshop. The Company will confirm the order within 48 hours - except on holidays - and inform the Customer about the estimated time when the product will be shipped or can be picked up personally. 

Unique feedback from the Company – e.g. informing the Customer about the product being temporarily out of stock - does not qualify as an order.

 

Conclusion of Contrasts

The contract will come into being between the Parties when the Company confirms the order of the Customer.

The contract qualifies as a written, signed Hungarian contract. After the expiration of the withdrawal period and without withdrawal the contact will be automatically deleted from the system. Contracts are not filed by the Company. The Company only enters into contract in Hungarian.

 

Payment

Clicking on the Checkout button will bind the Customer to their contractual offer and a payment obligation will arise.

The Customer may fulfill payment obligations in two ways:

a) at the time of personal pickup in the shop of the Company

b) via transferring the money to the account of the Company.

 

Shipping

Personal pickup

The Customer may pick up the ordered products in person at the Comapny's store after they scheduled an appointment on phone or in email.

 

Home delivery

Delivery of the products will take place at the time and place and before the deadline previously agreed on by the Parties.

Home delivery is subject to fees which should be paid by the Customer. Current delivery fees will be displayed on the www.framsehop.hu website by the Company.

The products will be delivered by one of the courier services contracted by the Company. Packages will be delivered in 3-4 days following the order, on workdays between 8:00 and 17:00. If you are not home in this period it is advisable that you provide your work address as your shipping address if you can. The courier service will attempt delivery two times, fees of the unclaimed packages will have to be paid by the Customer. Orders are delivered in the same package at all times. Partial delivery is only possible if explicitly requested by the Customer and following consultation with the Company.
