Voluntary providing of data
Personal and non-personal data provided voluntarily by the Customer in order to use the Services of the Website.
The current document won't be filed and won't be retrievable, it is only concluded in electronic form and does not make reference to any code of conduct. The Contract between the Company and the Customer will be concluded electronically. Customers accept and consider themselves bound by the Legal Notice by purchasing via the website.
Placing an order does not qualify as a contract, it can be modified or cancelled until fulfillment freely and without consequence. The contract is valid from the order confirmation.
The order will only be valid after the confirmation is received from the email@example.com email address. Orders are confirmed within 48 hours.
The company accepts no responsibility should any problems - e.g. delays or failure of delivery - arise resulting from data being untruthfully or incorrectly provided by the Customer.
Purchase is possible without registration. The Customer accepts that the operator of the website can use their personal data for sending direct marketing messages.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PURHASE
According to the Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) the Buyer can exercise their right to cancel the purchase without providing a reason. The purchase can be cancelled by the Customer after they have received their order. The Buyer can cancel the purchase on the phone or in writing via mail or email in 14 days after receiving the products.
In this case the Seller is obligated to pay back the amount paid by the Buyer within 30 days. The cost of returning the product shall be paid by the Buyer
The Buyer can exercise their right to cancel via a clear statement of the cancellation. The Buyer may send their statement to the Company using the following address:
If the buyer sends their statement of cancellation before the expiration of the deadline to the Company their right to cancellation should be viewed as expressed in time.
The buyer should not exercise their right of cancellation in the cases specified in the Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), especially in the case of:
such non-prefabricated products which was manufactured based on the Buyer's instructions or products which were customized to meet the Buyer's need;
sealed packaged products which cannot be sent back after opening them because of health and hygiene reasons;
sealed packaged voice or video recordings and computer software if the Buyer opened the packagind after receiving the package.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to act in good faith and shall exercise the right in accordance with the intended purpose. Exercising this right should not lead to the abuse of rights (Civil Code 1:5. §)
Legal ground of data management:
The legal basis for data management is the subject's definite, informed and voluntary consent according to Point a), Paragraph (1), Section 5 of Privacy Act.
The range of managed data
The information provided voluntarily by the Customer (name, email address, phone number, billing address). This data shall only be accessed by the Data Manager, the Data Processor and a Customer.
The purpose of data management
The purpose of managing data voluntarily provided by the Customer is to provide the Customer information about the products and services of the Data Manager for purposes of direct marketing, as well as to provide information requested by the Customer of the above in which the Data manager contacts the Customer via email, phone, text message or mail. Such use of data can be prohibited by the Customer by sending a resignation statement to firstname.lastname@example.org or clicking on the "Unsubscribe Newsletter" link provided in the footer of newsletters sent out.
The Data Manager will not use the data for any purposes other than those specified above. With the exception of personal information data provided by the Customer can be handed over by the Data Manager to companies which provide services, e.g. carry out telephone customer service or database management ordered by the Data Manager.
This does not apply to any mandatory legally mandatory transmission of data.
Duration of data management
In the case of data provided voluntarily by the Customer the duration of data management is 10 years or the duration specified by law if the Customer does not request the deletion of their data during this period.
Modifying/deleting personal data
The Customer shall send their request to modify or delete their personal data to email@example.com. The Data Manager will modify or delete the data within 8 working days from receiving the request.
Definition of data processing
The Data Processor performs the following data processing activities:
storage of personal data;
storage of non-personal data;
deleting personal and non-personal data in accordance with this policy;
sending electronic messages to the Customers ordered by the Data Manager.

Personal information is stored on a protected server.
The Customers' rights concerning the management of their data
The Customers can request information on the management of their personal data. If requested the data Manager will provide information to those who it may concern about the data managed by them, the purpose of data management, the legal grounds and duration of data management, the name, address (of their registered office) and activities concerning data management, as well as who and for what purpose receive the data. The request for information shall be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and a response shall be provided in 8 working days.
The Data Manager is only obliged to provide information concerning data management after verifying the Customer's identity.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the case of purchase via the www.frameshop.hu website the Company assumes that the Customer is informed about the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The user and Customer acknowledges that they should assess the risks of browsing and purchasing by themselves, as well as they should ensure the protection of their computer and data stored on it.
www.frameshop.hu is not liable for any damage resulting from vis maior or other events beyond its control including but not limited to the damages resulting from
the usage of the website or malfunctions,
the change of data by anyone,
the delay of providing information,
software errors, fault of the internet network or other errors resulting from technical or system failures,
misinformation originating from the suppliers.
